By resolution of the Board of Directors on December 6, 2022, Profesia s.r.l. adopted the Organization and Management Model and updated its Code of Ethics.
The Model adopted by Profesia s.r.l. is compliant with the guidelines drawn up on the subject by trade associations and represents a further step towards rigor, transparency and a sense of responsibility in internal and external relations, while offering all stakeholders the best guarantees of efficient and correct management.
The Model adopted by Profesia s.r.l. consists of a "General Part" and a "Special Part" prepared for the different types of crimes and Offenses to be prevented. Any violation or suspected violation of Model 231/01 and/or any other information pertaining to the implementation of the Model may be reported to the Supervisory Board of Profesia s.r.l. by e-mail at the following address: OdV@profesia.it
